The QC Intervention Package makes it possible to plan a project even when working with challenging material or when the client has limited capacity to verify sample quality before shipment.
The QC Intervention Package includes:
• The option to submit up to 20% more samples for QC analysis than specified in the order (for example, up to 5 additional samples for an order of 24 samples).
• The option to review the QC results and then decide which samples, up to the maximum number specified in the order (for example, 24), should proceed to library preparation.
The client will not be charged for QC analysis of the additional samples or any handling fees if no further analysis is requested for samples representing no more than 20% of the order (for example, 5 samples in an order of 24).
We particularly recommend this package for clients who cannot verify the quality of their material before shipment or who frequently encounter difficulties obtaining high-quality material.
