Upon completion of the project, you will receive an email with details on how and where to access the results and report as well as information about the reagents used.
The data will be provided as agreed in the contract, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with the Account Manager.
The results can be provided as follows:
- in password-protected folder in the Cloud;
- on an external drive delivered by post to the address indicated by the client (recommended for projects with more than 800 Gb of data);
- in a different, individually agreed way, e.g. directly to the client's server.

The prices above are estimates and may change. The cost charged by the data provider is calculated individually each time and stated in the quotation for the relevant service. If bioinformatics analysis is included in the service, the amount of data is correspondingly larger.
Only a person with an active link and password can access the files in cloud storage. Enter the password without colons, spaces or quotation marks. Please download the files as soon as possible, as they will be deleted after 14 days. If you would like the files to be deleted sooner, immediately after download, please provide the exact deletion date.
To allow results to be shared with someone other than the person named in the quotation/agreement, the client should name that person in the agreement or grant them power of attorney on the basis of which we can provide the results.
Additional data delivery
Data can be delivered again in addition to the method specified in the quotation. If the client submits such a request within 14 days after project completion, the data can be delivered again using any method in accordance with the price list above. An additional handling fee of 200 PLN net + 23% VAT will be charged for this service.
