weSEQ.IT Prepaid Vouchers are a convenient and flexible way to pay for NGS services provided by our company.
weSEQ.IT Prepaid Vouchers give you full control over your budget. Choose a voucher for a specific amount or service and you will no longer need to worry about budget overruns or project delays. Vouchers can be purchased and settled in advance, then used later whenever you need them.
To purchase a Voucher, contact your Account Manager at contact@weseq.it to specify its value and type. The Voucher type determines which services it can be used for.
We offer two types of Voucher:
- Service Voucherfor a precisely defined service scope (specification, number of samples, scope);
- Value VoucherThe Voucher is not assigned to a specific service. It can be used for any service offered by weSEQ.IT until the prepaid value has been fully used.
To use a Voucher as a payment method, please follow the instructions below:
- For a Value Voucher, when completing the project specification form, enter "BON_voucher number" in the "Additional notes" field.
- Always attach the Voucher to the shipment form.
The Voucher can be used to pay for any services provided by weSEQ.IT, in accordance with the type purchased. After purchase, the Voucher is delivered to the client's e-mail address, and its value is shown on each issued Voucher.
