Our clients have the opportunity to pay for the ordered services in the preferred, most convenient way, choosing one of two available methods:

1. Payment after delivery of services

After completing the order, we provide a VAT invoice with a 14-day payment deadline.

2. Payment on prepayment basis

By choosing prepayment, you may receive an additional discount. The prepayment amount, discount and other details are always tailored to the individual terms of cooperation.

We offer three payment options based on prepayment principles:

2.1. Receiving an advance payment invoice after payment

  • The amount to be paid in advance can be the full invoice amount or only a part of it. The prepayment may be from 1 to 100% of the contract value.
  • Based on the signed formal quote or contract received from you, we will send a pro forma invoice by e-mail.
  • After receiving the proforma payment, an advance invoice is issued and sent to you (for the amount paid proforma).
  • After completing the order, we will provide the final invoice, which end the payment process.

Who benefits from this payment method?

This prepayment option is most often chosen by clients who need to pay for a project by a specific date but do not need the final invoice immediately. It enables them to receive a favourable discount for early payment while meeting their financial obligation on time. This flexible approach combines a financial discount with a payment schedule tailored to the client's requirements.

2.2. Receiving a VAT invoice on the day the samples are received

The service invoice may be issued up to 60 days before the service is performed, but no earlier than the day the client's samples are received. This allows the client to settle the project costs in advance.

Who benefits from this payment method?

This option is intended for clients who need an invoice urgently because making an earlier payment alone is not sufficient to settle the project on time. It provides favourable financial terms and an invoice before the order is completed.

2.3. Payment by Prepaid Voucher

Services may also be paid for using a prepaid Voucher.

Who benefits from this payment method?

This option is intended for clients whose project permits an invoice titled "Voucher for service YYY" or "Voucher for amount XXX" and who urgently need an invoice to settle the project. Prepayment gives them access to favourable financial terms and enables them to receive an invoice before the order is completed. The Voucher also provides flexibility to use the service at a later date.
