The order fulfilment process requires you to send the signed quotation or agreement to your Account Manager, specify the approximate date for courier collection of the samples, and complete the Sample Information Form, together with the courier booking form at least 48 hours before collection.
The link to the courier order form and the Sample Information Form will be emailed to you by your Account Manager once the quotation or service agreement has been signed.
The courier order form must include a carefully completed Sample Information Form.
Before preparing the parcel, consult the sample preparation and shipping guidelines. Pack the samples according to the checklist to facilitate correct packing and secure transport.
The courier will be ordered by the Account Manager for the date and address indicated by you (in the courier order form, which will be sent to you by e-mail)
Sample parcels are collected from clients only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure the highest possible level of safety for your valuable material and reduce the risk of the parcel being held by the courier company over the weekend.
