Sequencing is performed on Illumina platforms (NovaSeq, NovaSeq X, NovaSeq X Plus), PacBio (Sequel, Revio) and Oxford Nanopore Technologies - ONT (MinION, PromethION) depending on the planned analysis. The available equipment allows for short, long and ultra-long sequencing as well as a wide range of output data, from several million to terabytes of reads.
